Property Owners

Hello guys. How are you?

Jono and I have some great news. We are now owners of our first property! Bond and Transfer has been registered yesterday~ whoopwoop! We had looked at this flat for a looong time and finally after 2 attempts got the flat on the 3rd attempt and we now have the keys.

We spent the last friday night eating delicious curry and drinking fizzy on the horrid green carpet the lounge holds and could breathe in knowing we made it. We hoping to get a tenant in by the beginning of March after we tackle a bit of paint and surgical equipment! (no kidding, it’s very dated)

We were happy to  find out it holds some stunning black concrete flooring! Alas, we will deal with that later.For now our main goal it to make it cosy and slighty more modern so we can get someone to rent it straight away. (We are not going to live there)

God is good and He is faithful. I can say I feel a little grown up but I think overwhelmed is more like it! I’m so grateful for Jono who has been such a disciplined saver and encourager.
